Deirdre joined the Blakeslee & Blakeslee team in 2005, serving as the firm’s Operations Manager for over 12 years. During those years, she gained the skills and knowledge needed to perform in her current position as V.P. and Chief Compliance Officer. Leveraging her analytical skills and depth of industry experience, Deirdre works to optimize and evaluate the firm’s policies, goals, and objectives to ensure the planners and staff are fully empowered to help clients. 

Deirdre believes that the Blakeslee & Blakeslee team is what truly sets the firm apart. She loves working with people who are committed to treating each and every client with an exceptional degree of professionalism, respect, and kindness. Her favorite part of the job is watching clients meet (or exceed) their financial goals with the help of a Blakeslee & Blakeslee rep. When she’s not in the office, you can find Deirdre out in nature with her husband and dogs, taking advantage of everything the outdoors has to offer.
