Mindy first joined the Blakeslee & Blakeslee team in 2011 as a front desk associate then continued on to earn her FINRA licenses and work as an assistant and registered representative under Sam Blakeslee & Kara Woodruff. She rejoined the firm in 2023 as Operations Manager after a seven-year hiatus during which she worked and gained leadership experience with the SLO County Sheriff’s Office as a Dispatch Supervisor. Combining her diverse experience with her knowledge of the financial industry, Mindy works to support the planners and staff so that they can in turn focus on their goals of serving and supporting our clients.

Mindy values the personal relationships and professionalism that set Blakeslee & Blakeslee apart and enjoys working with clients that have been here from her first time working with B&B. When she isn’t organizing the daily workings of the office, Mindy is busy spending time with her husband and keeping up with their two young boys. She enjoys getting outside with her family, reading books, and baking.
